Welcome to my culinary blog – TeSmaki!

My name is Ewa, and cooking is my true passion. I happily experiment in the kitchen, discover new flavors, and share these experiences with others.

At TeSmaki, I combine traditional recipes passed down by my mom and grandmother with inspirations I gained during my travels. My dishes are easy to prepare, but full of flavor and healthy ingredients. Each recipe aims to not only satisfy your appetite but also provide new culinary experiences.

Together with my husband Piotr, we create TeSmaki as a joint project. I am responsible for the culinary side, while Piotr takes care of the technical and visual aspects of the app. Piotr not only writes code and develops the app, but he also plays the role of the main dish tester and photographer. His culinary preferences are reflected in the selection of recipes that we share together.

Our goal is to create a place where everyone can find inspiration for cooking – whether for everyday meals or special occasions.
