Aromatic chicken dish in Asian style, perfect for six people. A combination of sweet and spicy flavors that can be eaten in portions. If you prefer a spicier version, increase the amount of hot spices.
Ingredients

1 kg chicken breast
1 small celery
4 carrots
1 sweet pepper
1 onion
1 can of peaches
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon spicy ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup of water
oil for frying
spices: salt, pepper, hot paprika, chili, sweet paprika
Preparation
Cut the chicken into strips or pieces.
Mix the chicken with chopped garlic, soy sauce, salt, sweet paprika, and hot paprika.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Peel the celery and cut into strips.
Slice the carrots.
Cut the pepper into strips.
Fry the celery and carrots in oil in a large pan until slightly soft.
Add the pepper, cover, and simmer until softened.
Fry the onion in a separate pan until golden.
Add the onion to the vegetables.
Fry the chicken pieces in the same pan.
Transfer the chicken to the vegetables.
Cut the canned peaches into cubes.
Add the peaches to the vegetables and chicken.
Mix the apple cider vinegar, spicy ketchup, cornstarch, and half a cup of water into the peach juice.
Pour into the pan and cook, stirring, until the sauce comes together.
Season with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, and chili.
Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat, covered.
Serve with rice.
Notes
The dish can be stored and reheated the next day.
