Delicate chicken liver served with caramelized apple, perfect for a meal for 4 people.
Ingredients

700 g chicken liver
marinade: 1 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of honey
1 apple
oil for frying
1 tablespoon of butter
1 yellow onion
1 red onion
1 teaspoon of honey
a pinch of cinnamon
parsley and a little coriander for garnish
salt to taste
Preparation
Clean the liver and rinse with cold water.
Soak in milk with 1 tablespoon of honey.
Leave in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
Slice the onions into rings or wedges.
Fry the onions in oil until translucent.
Transfer the onions to a bowl.
In the same pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
Add the sliced apple.
Drizzle with 1 teaspoon of honey and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
When the apple caramelizes, add the onions and remove from the heat.
Drain the milk.
Fry the liver over high heat for about 3 minutes.
Cover the pan and cook to your preferred doneness.
Mix the liver with the caramelized apple and onions.
Season with salt and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and coriander.
