Meatballs are a classic of Polish cuisine that can be prepared in many ways. This recipe is one of the most popular variations, loved for its taste and simplicity.
Ingredients

500 g minced meat (pork, beef, or a mix of both)
1 clove of garlic
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 onion
breadcrumbs (for coating the meatballs)
olive oil for frying
hot paprika
sweet paprika
salt and pepper
marjoram
fresh parsley (chopped)
Preparation
Mix the minced meat, egg, egg yolk, chopped garlic, onion, and chopped parsley thoroughly in a bowl.
Season the mixture with salt, pepper, hot and sweet paprika, and marjoram. Mix well to evenly distribute the spices in the meat.
Form meatballs of your preferred size from the prepared mixture and coat them in breadcrumbs.
Fry the meatballs in a pan with heated olive oil on medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides and cooked through.
