A delicious chocolate mousse, perfect for special occasions. Sometimes it's worth indulging and forgetting about the calories to enjoy the flavor.
Ingredients

3 eggs
100 g mascarpone
100 g milk chocolate
50 g milk chocolate (for the topping)
100 ml heavy cream (for the topping)
1 tablespoon of dark cocoa powder (for the topping)
Preparation
Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
Whisk the yolks until fluffy, add the mascarpone, and gently mix.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and set aside to cool.
Add the cooled chocolate to the mixture and stir.
Whisk the egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the egg whites into the rest of the mixture.
Transfer the mousse into serving cups and refrigerate for one hour.
Melt the topping chocolate in a water bath.
Add the cream and cocoa powder, then mix thoroughly. If the topping is too thick, add more cream or milk.
Pour the cooled topping over the mousse and refrigerate the dessert for at least two hours, preferably overnight.
