A fresh and refreshing shrimp salad with fruits and a flavorful mango dressing is the perfect option for a light, healthy meal. The combination of delicate shrimp, sweet fruits, and intense, slightly spicy dressing gives the salad a unique taste.
Ingredients

200 g of grey shrimp
a little oil
100 g of mixed salad greens
a handful of blueberries
a handful of wild strawberries or strawberries
half a mango
50 g of feta cheese
sweet paprika
1 clove of garlic
Dressing
1/4 mango
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon of olive oil
hot chili pepper (amount depending on preference)
lemon juice
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Defrost the shrimp and remove the shells.
Coat the shrimp with sweet paprika and chopped garlic.
Fry the shrimp on high heat in a little oil.
Set aside to cool.
Transfer the mixed salad greens to a bowl.
Add the blueberries and wild strawberries (or strawberries).
Add the chopped mango.
Top with the shrimp.
Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
Blend a quarter of the mango with the hot chili pepper, depending on your taste.
Add the balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil.
Add lemon juice to taste.
Serve the dressing separately for dipping the shrimp or pour it over the salad.
