This fruit salad mix is a wonderfully light and refreshing dish, perfect as an appetizer or a light meal on warm days.

The combination of fresh fruits, delicate Burrata cheese, and crispy Pancetta with a flavorful dressing gives the salad a unique taste and character.

Ingredients

100 g mixed salad greens
1 ball of Burrata cheese (or Mozzarella)
1 nectarine
1 fig
a few slices of Pancetta

Dressing

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons water

Preparation

Preparing the Salad

Place the mixed salad greens directly onto plates.
Slice the nectarine into pieces.
Grill the nectarine slices on both sides in a hot pan.
Slice the fig into thin pieces.
Arrange the fruits directly on the salad.
Add a few thin slices of Pancetta.
Tear the Burrata cheese into pieces so that the creamy inside starts to ooze out.

Preparing the Dressing

Mix olive oil with water, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
Drizzle the salad with the prepared dressing.
