A light lunch for two, served in jars. Perfect for a picnic or a quick outdoor meal. Quick to prepare and full of spring flavors.
Ingredients

50 g of pasta
chicken breast
125 g of Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
cherry tomatoes
corn
vegetables of choice: mixed salad, radishes, green peas, ...
gyros seasoning, salt and pepper
olive oil
Preparation
Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and season with salt, pepper, and gyros seasoning.
Mix and let marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden.
Let the chicken cool.
Cook the pasta al dente.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Mix the Greek yogurt with the mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.
Fill the jars alternately with layers of yogurt-mayo sauce, chicken, corn, pasta, tomatoes, and your choice of vegetables.
